I do not have much use for anything within the suite except WordPerfect. Ive been using WordPerfect since before Windows, in the event it had a blue or perhaps a green screen, displayed mostly ASCII characters, there was clearly no fonts except courier, and laser printers cost a great deal of money. I work for a volume of attorneys - - WordPerfect would be the software of choice for wordprocessing generally in most offices Ive worked in because, in my view, it could be the better product with the job. It may also be because WordPerfect has become around for way too long that everyone just migrated without changing. If it aint broke, dont repair it!
When WordPerfect arrived, it took in the market. When MicroSoft became available with Word, I had the sensation they did everything they can to make it completely different from WordPerfect just to make use of their power inside the industry to take on the wordprocessing market, similar to MicroSoft did with another good software idea in the future along., Mozilla/Netscape, Norton Utilities. I hate Microsofts stupid animated paperclip - - it can make me think that a 7 years old. It looks much like your writing a Go away! It was amusing to see it roll itself up and spit itself through some imaginary pinch rollers whenever you print a document. But only once. I want to tell MicroSoft to wrap that annoying the paperclip around their cable modems!! Im a grown-up!
I have two versions of Word and WordPerfect 5, 7, 8, 10 and 12. I just threw out 5.2 for Windows and 7 when I moved. I utilize MicroSoft product as long as absolutely necessary - - usually because another person needs the document in this format.
In my experience, Word do i thing much better than WordPerfect - it truely does work better however, not perfectly with WEB pages better. Read more

As a journal editor I use both Microsoft Word 2000 and WordPerfect 12. WordPerfect stands heads and shoulder above Word. Easier to work with, more stable, more flexible, and even more features. I found WordPerfect 12 to become a worthwhile improvement over version 11. Graphics are better and much easier to use, especially. It is usually a cinch to put in and use.

Ive used Corel WordPerfect products for many years - - some upgrades are a lot better than others. This one is really a real prize! I recently purchased WordPerfect Office 12 for my husbands law office. There are many improvements and I utilize WordPerfect Legal mode more often than not. In addition to this, I work for any transportation engineering firm and three offices have upgraded to WordPerfect Office 12. One in the main reasons is the fact we need to convert many files and reports to Adobe PDF format. This now may be accomplished quickly within WordPerfect although our team continues to work with Adobe Acrobat. Also, we end up needing compatibility with Microsoft software. The conversion utility, allowing a WP file to become converted to Word or a number of other wordprocessing formats is practically flawless. If you like Word greater than WordPerfect, just switch the Workspace Manager to Microsoft Office. I really like the modern upgrade.

Ive been using Wordperfect since version 4.2 which version doesnt disappoint. I use the offer all on the time to solve the problems I find in Microsoft Word. I use Quatro Pro rather then Excel and all sorts of of another programs. I would recommend this method without hesitation.

Corel has always produced an even better product than Microsoft. There have been versions which are better and worse. This version is amongst the best. It is stable, it saves to PDF and XML. It is intuitive as adjustments apply and then what you are focusing on and dont apply towards the style with the whole form.

After battling MS Word at the office by fiat, I love to go home and utilize my WordPerfect. It beats MS Word clearly, if for not one other reason than reveal codes making editing simple, fast, and simple. As frustrating as it can be to work with Word, is exact opposite with WordPerfect. Its it is a shame the monolith of Seattle crushes eveything good in their path, because Wordperfect is indeed superior to Word its downright laughable.
