My goal would have been to convert a large volume of older Video8 Analog handycam videos to digital using powerdirector, but this system would get confused and think there is copyrighted material for the home videos and halt the conversion process. I did some study and this may be a common defect for a lot of different versions of powerdirector, so that it looks like they've got no fascination with fixing the issue or not have the technical capacity to do so.
