Cyberlink PowerDVD 12 Ultra This software is trash. Bought the other day from and found it wouldnt play any audio recordings at all on my own Windows 7 PC: won't support the playback with this media format was what it's all about each time. Went internet and saw I wasn't alone on this problem. Re-installing it did actually solve the problem though the entire program crashed every 20 mins. Then it stopped playing audio again! I have spent days getting tech support from Cyberlink which has not worked. They sent me a download copy that isn't going to solve the situation. They told me to alter to a selective start-up that smudged my system. On the box it says plays all media: which is simply not true. Dont touch this method until the problems have already been solved and dont buy it at all like me: download an endeavor version first. Im sending my copy returning to Amazon.
