It was Dietrich Bonhoeffer who said, When Christ calls a guy, he bids him come and die. And Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., changed the head of America with such words: If a guy hasn t discovered something he will die for, he isn t fit to live on. Daniel had discovered something worth dying for, which explains why he maintained praying when others could have quit. Since he wasn t afraid to die, he previously had the courage to live on for God in the hostile pagan world.
That night the king didn t get enough sleeping hours, but Daniel slept just like a baby. The king tossed and turned, paced a floor, refused all offers of entertainment, and in some cases refused to enjoy. And for we all there is much to encourage us within this beloved story. In the days into the future we will all face hostility in a form or any other because of our Christian faith. Those who serve the Lord do not have an easy road in this particular world. But represent good cheer. If we is going to be faithful, God are able to use us to touch some people, including some in high places who watch us from your distance and cheer us on, hoping the God will deliver us. Through this lesson children learn that it could be fun to repeat others especially whenever they are doing something fun or exciting, but we have being careful who we copy because not everything people do is correct. When it comes to copying that which you see, Jesus provides the best example. Children learn that Jesus wept for those who were sad, and this they also needs to feel empathy persons.

Use the weeping and rejoicing stick monkeys to examine the Bible verse. Have your young ones repeat the Bible verse many times while holding their Monkey Stick Puppets. When they assert rejoice or weep they need to turn their stick puppets on the appropriate side. See how fast they're able to say the verse. See if they will come up that has a tune to sing the verse.
