The environmental graphics are perfect, though slightly repetitive from time to time the snow level is often a nice touch!. The grass, trees, etc, have become impressive. The animations of the squadmates could use a bit fine tuning, however. They just do not have the sense to be grounded and real such as Ghost Recon, one example is. Also, the framerate may seem to chug randomly times. It will run smooth to get a while, after which slow with an unplayable rate. Turning along the detial levels doesnt help, and yuo just ought to wait. It appears to happen using areas of cretain levels. It could, I guess, be problems with my computer, too, but I are yet to seen it in different other games.
There a few pathfinding AI problems getting stuck behind trees and rocks and the like, and quite often your guys become deaf, and dont hear your commands. The guns are cool, though I noticed the ammo usage for the Japanese machine gun is often a little wierd. It sounds like its firing fast, but it really uses ammo at about a similar rate since the BAR. Strange.
It is quite nice for being able to use just a few guys during a period, leaving the rest behind somewhere. However, there exists one more thing here which includes bugged me and prompted lots of start-overs: when you happen to be playing since the sniper and sneaking around, and also you switch into a different guy, the sniper usually often INSTANTLY fire upon an enemy you didnt see, and bring your entire Japanese army down on the posistion the AI sniper isnt a great shot, either.
Even with your annoyances, I still found myself playing with the missions one after another. The world is engrossing the complete bio on each character is cool plus the combat is pretty intense.
Bottom line: Its not Ghost Recon of WWII, and its particular not Wolfenstien Ghost Recon Style, but it is often a fun game. The graphics are fantastic, yet not cutting-edge. Besides, it really is one from the only games than enable you to fight from the Pacific Theatre. It is definitely worth the low price tag.

I figured Id take a moment for 1 hour and try it, and three hours later I had finished the initial level. After playing from the first few missions on this game, creeping around inside jungle with leaves and trees that sway backwards and forwards, as well as provide cover! - - well, promoted sucks you in. Keep the quicksave and quickload keys handy so you'll be able to recover from your individual impatience. Love it!

I have just finished farmville and if you love first or third person shooters and havent bought this GET IT.12 great missions that get you all with the pacific and it is not a enemy sometimes might be standing right over you since you hide inside the lay there and sweat it as to whether material discovered and turn into shooters as you wait for Hidden dangerous 2 Wolfenstein 2 or Condition Zero pick this can only get cheaper in the future but its the best for what it really is.

I bought Dirty Dozen and played it not too long ago. It was Had a great time times plus some pretty frustrating times from it. I have the Demo just for this one plus it looks pretty much like the initial. Thats not much of a knock into it. I enjoyed the graphics and atmosphere. But, like the 1st one, you could have to constantly check out your shoulder to see the place that the other squad members are. Youre seeking to sneak high on a Jap bunker or something that is, and also you take cover only to check behind you and discover your squad members standing out inside open! What idiots! I played Line of Sight: Vietnam recently, and I really liked it and I replayed it this past year. So, I was awaiting Pacific Theater, since Atari/Infogrames makes both games. This Pacific Theater game would be the boxed version of the overall game; the jewel case version of the sport is here: Deadly Dozen: Pacific Theater Jewel Case
Deadly Dozen Pacific Theater is VERY similar for the Vietnam game: the sounds, the scenery, the overall game play, even names within your squad. That was really disappointing in my opinion. I was wishing for something different. Also, the AI your squadmates frequently get stuck behind fences maybe in buildings although you may issue your order to follow you. When that occurs, you might have to change to their character and walk them towards the location from the rest of your respective squad. This didnt happen from the Vietnam game.
I felt that this character voices and also the narration were much better inside the Vietnam game; plus the missions were more refined.
I played Deadly Dozen Pacific Theater around an hour, then I decided never to finish the experience. Id rather replay the Vietnam game.
