I have tried the files you posted and am almost there although not quite and I am unclear why.
The unit is WinCE6. I have set the proper path Setting, Nav Path and delay pills work.
The Garmin screen appears. I hit agree along with the Nav menu appears. The problem is it only recognises your gmapbmap not my gmapsupp, therefore I hit the address menu it asks to get a more detailed map or if I hit view map it only show your base map.
I don't get why as my gmapsupp is unlocked and may not even have to have a unl.
The only thing I can visualize is that I am with all the SDcard ID not the Din unit ID, as I have no clue how for getting the ID through the Unit. However this will not matter as with Garmin units you can make use of the SDcard ID to produce an activation key.

In the mean time, try deleting everything inside garminrungmxtsettings folder, to prevent
the probability of my location and equipment settings disturbing yours.

Do not get rid of the file. Just add your unlocked garmin europe map towards the garmin folder.
The file ought to be regenerated using information from a new gps unit and garmin keygen utility.
The garmin software is not going to detect the gps receiver until the brand new file is generated.

I just found out the system uses WinCE6, so hopefully it's going to still work. Will test it and find out.

No worries, if this type of version garmin dont work with your WinCE6 gps.
Unlike with WinCE5 gps, garmin implementation on WinCE6 gps varies slightly from manufacturer to manufacturer.
