I used b10 also it converted vob to divx mp3 with audio always 160 whatever I selected for bitrate. I could not maintain ac3 regardless of whether I selected it. I have a large amount of video related software on my small system so I realise the crashes in RC1 are probably due to some conflict on my small system but I am offering this in case another person has the same downside to version RC1 and yes it turns seem to be a program flaw.
