At first it would not install. I found a fix on their own knowledge base however it is not going to Click the icon plus it shows up in task manager for just a few seconds but disappears without having done anything, not just a pretty splash screen or error message. Over a couple of hours on the phone and they also say the should go back with me inside a couple days, maybe?????
The worst part, it uninstalled version 12 which worked and I cannot obtain the install disk. I am beyond luck and Nuance could care less. They have my money I have nothing. Very Disappointed!!!

I purchased the Nuance Dragon medical software, I have owned and used their software for the Mac for overran year, it works well. The download version isn't going to install using a PC almost always there is a version conflict, despite my best effort. I wish I could return the application to Amazon

Ordered Dragon 13.0 download and was immediately provided that has a download screen. I attempted to download twice and it also failed both times. I remembered reading several reviews which spoke from the same problems plus the resulting problems put together by the attempted download so I didnt try again. Called the Amazon Tech Support number plus they tried to resolve the matter but were unsuccessful, my payment was returned. However following your download attempts my PC wasn't operating correctly. To correct the condition I referred to as a Tech Support company and paid 169 for one year of tech support. I then spent 4 hours about the phone using the Tech Support Tech before my problem was corrected. Tech Support said I should not try and download the item since it corrupted my PC. To get dragon in my PC they recommended I buy a transportable DVD for my PC PC didn't come with built-in DVD player. Cost me 169 to try this supplement. Dont choose the download it has to be taken off the marketplace.

Let me begin by saying, I am employing this to type up this review. Im an awful typist along with a horrible speller so Ive been planning on getting such as this to get a long time now. I was reading many from the product reviews and discovered most of them to get quite negative about this supplement. But there are enough good reviews to say what in the world Ill give it a shot. The installation process was easier than you think and didnt provide me too much trouble. Once that it was installed I started giving it a go out, and thought it was to be quite accurate and quite intuitive. It takes slightly getting used to speaking to type but Im starting to obtain the hang of it. I gave the product five stars because before Ive used voice recognition and became quite frustrated. But I found this being very simple and easy typing up emails by my voice, for being kind of fun. The learning curve of this system is essentially like the lamp says 99% accuracy, and thus far with this review it hasnt developed a mistake yet. I have a fairly powerful computer, Intel I 7 with 16 GB of RAM. So that could possibly be helping it out just a little bit. This is the 1st time Ive made an assessment on Amazon, and I cant believe how rapid I did this.

The product may be right for you. I encountered issues in installing. Installed and crashed upon startup reinstalled same called Nuance and experienced the same process without having success called Amazon and in addition they issued a single time refund meaning easily ever come upon this issue again that has a download-no refund. I recommend buying this directly from your company should you just must have it. FYI: seek to run was with a stable Windows 7x64 machine with 24 gbs of ram. This reminds me of a long time ago when software installation issues were common. Over 120 minutes in the above stated process-not a great experience.

It is in a very loop where it says it wouldn't find my sound card. As it says I have no sound card, it shuts. I have asked customer satisfaction twice by email how I can fix this error, and have-to date-no response. I am very unhappy using this type of product.

It doesnt download entirely, it doesn't matter how many times you try. Not well worth the money I spent, and in all likelihood wont get my money back onto it either.
Did not meet my expectations. The free mobile app is way better.
