Software is worthy of buying to skip the effort of headaches with dvd fab. Mostly its easier to have the entire movie with 3D films. If youre just gonna rip the leading movie part. It sounds just like you purchased the 2011 edition after 2012 was launched - I would recommend contacting their tech support as that might put you inside the free upgrade period and 2012 has considerably improved support DVDs that previously wouldnt work with 2011.
