I contacted them 3-4 times and try to got an instant response. I dont understand complaints from some have also been great but so heavy.
Only cons I can consider is sometimes in the event it detects a menace, you will need to delete it manually. But otherwise, thats all.

It doesnt suck whatsoever he just doesnt know very well what hes doing. his computer might be screwed up anf the husband blames eset. apart from unthreat and malwarebytes, eset is ok. one with the best ive used. im looking at it, which can be rare because i dont get them, i merely use free editions given that they do all i need

First the download sucks. It damaged the older version. Messed with my Internet connection so I could hardly get on line. Then I needed to uninstall it. Once I was in a position to get the newer one installed it locked me out of all my internet sites. I try to seek out help about the Eset page but navigating that mess just helped me madder.
