I got this program having a new computer- it looked like there was a good idea. Unfortunatly, this system never truly learned my face- most access attempts required your password strength. Do not buy.

Support is over charts amazing. Had an issue, Dell was no help in this little XPS, however these guys were fantastic.
Failed update caused the app to vanish from my system mainly because it removes the previous version first. This triggered me getting the contact Dell first, then FA to download the app. This is mainly Dells issue however, using their MyDellDownloads stupidity.
Great product. It doesnt help save a ton of time, nonetheless it does make most logins faster.
