I have realized that Sibelius can translate music from Staff Notation to Tonic Solfa. I was searching for one along with many years didnt realize that my Sibelius 2 is capable of doing it. It wasnt until I downloaded Sibelius 5 Trial Version that I found it could do Tonic Solfa. I have just discovered this the other day and am thrilled about this.
