I are finding that Sibelius can translate music from Staff Notation to Tonic Solfa. I was trying to find one as well as many years didnt realize that my Sibelius 2 is capable of doing it. It wasnt until I downloaded Sibelius 5 Trial Version that I found out that it could do Tonic Solfa. I have just discovered this yesterday and am thrilled regarding it.

Im unclear if you were which means that you would like to put 1st and 2nd endings using Finale NotePad. This program is freeware, thus it doesnt handle them.
