I installed AMD 12.2 drivers for my WIndows7-64 OS through an AMD 7950 video card and Pavtube 4.0.5 now I can do AMD GPU encoding! I can now click for the CUDA/AMD icon and view mark AMD. My test file encode time went for 89 seconds without worrying about AMD icon lit as a result of 47 seconds using the icon lit - up to 50 %! Also, the file size went from 134MB as a result of 60MB and I cant go to whichever difference in image quality. I use Pavtube for coverting TiVo videos for my iPad. It works adequately and I havent really had any problems. Conversion speed seems fine plus the videos look good around the iPad.
