Went time for version 10.3. Version 11.x miserably stuttered consistently substantially full screen mode, especially at high quality. Doubt i thought this was fixed by any means with version 12. As long as all websites still show flash media happy with version 10.3 installed Ill follow this old version and damn the so-called security risks. Most likely the real security holes feature the 11.x and 12.x versions considering the new great features added to these versions. Heck, v10.3 incorporates a 3mb installer in comparison with 17mbs for v11.9. Many with the security issues with 10.3 ended up addressed anyway with all the one year plus worth extended support release status it received.
1 star for Adobe for not just bothering to handle the stuttering problem. Any Google search can have that stuttering is a huge major complaint with Flash 11 and all sorts of Adobe support informs you to do is disable hardware acceleration which doesnt even repair the problem.

Ive gone returning to Flash 11.2, and deleted ALL the unnecessary Flash files, including most all from the Documents and Settings folder and the ones inside the System32 folder. Everything else is write protectedafter Flash settings made, including custom settings made inside the file. And in the event you argue other browsers wouldnt, okay maybe even so the thing would be the user, not us advanced users nevertheless the normal user will likely being using IE.
Although I trust someone below the reason is kinda stupid to discharge the beta ahead of the application. Maybe the applying is already out, maybe theyll start being active . support functions in MX, but I dont determine what theyre gonna name it after MX. MXII?
Reviewing 7.0.2.0 Beta Aug 25, 2003
last time I installed it IE wouldnt start any more quit with error. therefore anyone people has probs eliminate the flash activex component its in %systemroot%Downloaded Program Files and reinstall or in other words dont.
Anyway, I must say flash and shockwave suck hugely. its an enforced standard that has been enforced by macromedia only to earn money, in the same way it enforced its coldfusion server for the internet community or a lot like how apple enforced quicktime or real enforced realone for us. nobody needs this crap, however, some dumb people apply it so to find out or hear all files one has to put in.
disadvantages of flash are: 1 no possiblity to switch rid of it yeah, I know, you'll find some progz that claim to accomplish that, however they all dont accomplish that correctly 2 no configuration possibility - flash in best quality kills my pc, eating all resources, but I cant the choice is yours to cheap for ever, it doesnt can recall the settings 3 flash is used by advertisement purposes etc flash ads are rather tough to kill, even though webwasher should it pretty well, yet not always.
and imho those who use flash on their own websites aren't serious webmasters. it could look nice, however it annoys the visitors. serious webmasters adhere to mature technologies like php and mysql about the server side and also a little javascript for the client side and lose focus on about crap like java or flash or shockwave. you wish to build your site more beautiful, use gif pictures. A serious site doesnt ought to be overloaded with stupid resources eating gimmicks

The Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing system can be a software product loaded onto a hardware server. New installations of Web Conferencing need a Cisco MCS that is certainly dedicated to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace applications.
Table: Supported Cisco 7800 Series MCS Models lists supported Cisco 7800 Series MCS models. The Cisco MCS must have a very DVD-ROM drive, keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
Exact equivalent third-party servers will also be supported. For information, visit /go/swonly.
Up to 480 voice user licenses per server.
Up to 50 web-conferencing user licenses per server.
Up to at least one, 152 voice user licenses per server.
Up to 500 web-conferencing user licenses per server.
If you've more than 50 web-conferencing user licenses, move your Cisco Unified MeetingPlace applications by way of example, Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Outlook, Cisco Unified MeetingPlace SMTP E-Mail Gateway to some Cisco MCS 7845 or maybe a Cisco MCS 7835-I3-RC1 that's dedicated to web conferencing.
Add a separate Cisco MCS 7845 or Cisco MCS 7835-I3-RC1 for every additional 500 web-conferencing user licenses.
If you host Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Outlook for the same server, the machine capacity for supporting web-conferencing user licenses is reduced by 20 %. For example, if your whole body supports 500 web users and you also add Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Outlook around the same server, the machine capacity for supporting web-conferencing user licenses is reduced by 20 %, from 500 to 400.
The Cisco MCS 7845-I3-RC1 is supported in Release 6.1 MR1 and later on.
NT File System NTFS with over 2.5 GB free space available.
700 MB of extra disk space per expected hour of recording on the base level. For more information, start to see the Recording Size section in Configuring the Web Conferencing System for Optimal Data Storage.
Whether SSL is needed. Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing systems configured with SSL support thirty percent fewer ports than systems that usually do not use SSL.
The collocation of other Cisco Unified MeetingPlace components about the hardware. Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing servers collocated with either Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Microsoft Outlook or Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for IBM Lotus Notes support 20 % fewer ports than systems without either of these components collocated.
The following table lists the volume of Web Conferencing ports supported per server based for the most common configurations.
NOTE: The Cisco MCS-7845-I3-RC1 is supported in Release 6.1 MR1 and then.
Enter the values in the table above in the Max Concurrent Web Conference Users field for the Web Server page in the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Administration Center.
Note that when you have a Cisco Unified MeetingPlace web cluster configuration several web servers operating in cluster mode, you need to enter a similar value for every web server. The value you enter would be the sum on the ports supported with the cluster configuration. For example, in case you have two Cisco MCS 7845-H2 servers with SSL enabled and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Microsoft Outlook is configured one web server, then utilize the value for your configuration from your table above and multiply it by two. You tend not to need to factor in which the second web server will not host Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Microsoft Outlook. In this example, the value for the specific configuration is 280 therefore you should enter 560 with the Max Concurrent Web Conference Users parameter. Enter this value for every single server within your cluster.
NOTE: There is not any table available showing the amount of Web Conferencing ports supported for deployments involving other Cisco Unified MeetingPlace components like Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Directory Services or perhaps the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace H.323/SIP IP Gateway. We highly recommend that you simply use a devoted Cisco MCS because of these other integrations if you can't reduce the values documented above to fit the collocation of the other components. Note the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace H.323/SIP IP Gateway and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Directory Services loads are directly associated with the size your deployment, including the amount of voice conferencing and also the number of Cisco Unified MeetingPlace end-user profiles.
The Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 8112 Audio Server can scale to 960 IP, 1152 T1-CAS, 960 E1-PRI, or 768 T1-PRI concurrent users, whereas the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 8106 Audio Server can scale to half the dimensions of the 8112 platform. A single meeting can support approximately 550 participants. Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Release 6.1 Web Conferencing can support nearly 1000 concurrent Web conferencing users using a cluster of two Cisco MCSs. Each server in a very cluster can support approximately 500 concurrent web conferencing users and 100 concurrent meetings, and also the maximum meeting dimension is 1000 participants consider Web Server Capacities for details. Participants can join in a maximum rate of four years old connections per second per cluster.
When voice, video, and web conferencing are deployed together, the ideal simultaneous use capacity is 1000 combined voice, video, and web connections per system. For example:
If you might have 1, 000 voice and video connections, you may have 0 web connections.
If you've got 800 voice and video connections, you may have 200 web connections.
If you could have 500 voice and video connections, you may have 500 web connections.
If you might have 200 voice and video connections, you may have 800 web connections.
If you've 0 voice and video connections, you may have 1, 000 web connections.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Video Integration supports around 72 videoconferencing participants per chassis from 128 kbps to 2 Mbps per participant within the Cisco Unified Videoconferencing 3500 Series MCUs. Multiple chassis could be deployed in the single cluster, with approximately 240 video participants per cluster.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing requires connection into a Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server system for full functionality. The Audio Server software component must reside on the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 8112 server or Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 8106 server.
TCP ports 5003 and 5005 are open bidirectional between the internet server and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Servers primary server and shadow server, if an individual exists.
The Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server can initiate a reverse connection to the net server, thus eliminating the requirement of you to open port 5003 on the web server on the Audio Server. For the reverse connection to get initiated, you will need to enter the MeetingPlace Server name being a host name rather than an IP address over the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing installation. You will also need to manually configure this web server unit about the Audio Server.
Connectivity between the online world server and its particular host Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server is of high quality rather than subject to interruptions on account of traffic congestion. Any time the round-trip latency exceeds 100 ms or there may be more than 1 % packet loss, you should expect an evident reduction in service quality.
The Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server have to be connected to some network switch port that is certainly configured for auto-negotiate.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace gateways have to be connected to network switch ports which are configured for 100/1000 MB Full Duplex.
The web server should be configured with two static IP addresses within the same subnet.
TCP port 1433 have to be open bidirectional between your Web Conferencing server and SQL Server if SQL is installed remotely.
The Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing software runs about the Cisco MCS operating-system. This operating product is included with all the application. Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Release 6.1 requires Cisco MCS OS 2003.1.1 or later.
Microsoft Internet Information Server IIS 6.0.
This is installed and configured within the Cisco MCS if the operating strategy is installed.
All corporate fonts and standard Microsoft fonts, including Microsoft PowerPoint fonts, installed.
Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Service Pack 4 are included together with the Web Conferencing Release 6.1 installer. These required components install automatically about the Cisco MCS when you choose the area SQL Server installation option.
To use Microsoft SQL Server 2005, you will need to first makes use of the Microsoft installation program called Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Backward Compatibility Components to put in the version of SQL Distributed Management Objects DMO that is certainly compatible with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 on top of the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing server. You only should upgrade the SQL-DMO part instead of the other four components included in this installation program.
If you might be deploying Web Conferencing utilizing the remote SQL Server option, you need to preinstall SQL Server 2000 with Service Pack 4 when you install Web Conferencing. You are responsible for that maintenance associated with a remote SQL Servers.
If you should manually install SQL Server, you need to install and configure your SQL Server for being case-insensitive because Web Conferencing supports only SQL Server case-insensitive configurations. If you configure your SQL server being case-sensitive, Web Conferencing will not likely function properly.
For better performance, install full customer-provided software and hardware SQL Server 2000 or 2005 in backward compatibility mode using a separate server before installing Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing. During the Web Conferencing installation, specify the SQL Server installation location as Remote.
You could deploy more difficult, remote SQL Server topologies, say for example a server farm. To properly operate inside a remote SQL Server configuration, Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing requires an Open DataBase Connectivity ODBC Data Source Name DSN that points for an installation of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 with Service Pack 4 or Microsoft SQL Server 2005 with Service Pack 2 in backward compatibility mode with correct permissions to your MPWEB database, and within the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Server the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 backward compatibility software DMO Distributed Management Objects component.
In any remote SQL server deployment, specially in complex remote topologies, customers are in charge of supporting and ensuring the stability and gratification of the deployment. Any decline in SQL Server transaction performance or network latency relating to the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing server and also the remote SQL Server can employ a negative affect on Web Conferencing performance around and including a total system outage depending around the scale from the slow down. Cisco assumes that this SQL environment is appropriately sized and properly installed from the customer before installing Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing, and is also monitored and maintained properly after installing Web Conferencing.
NOTE: You must install and configure an isolated SQL Server to become case-insensitive because Web Conferencing supports only SQL Server case-insensitive configurations. If you configure your SQL Server being case-sensitive, Web Conferencing will never function properly.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Release 6.1 requires Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server Release 6.1, which must reside with an 8106 or 8112 server.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Release 6.1 requires Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Outlook Release 6.1.
You must upgrade both Web Conferencing and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Outlook at the identical time.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Release 6.1 requires Cisco Unified MeetingPlace SMTP E-Mail Gateway Release Release 6.0.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Release 6.1 requires Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Jabber Integration Release 6.0 installed on the Jabber XCP 4.2 server with Sun Java Runtime Environment JRE
A third-party audio service is not instructed to convert audio recordings to MP3, WAV or WMA format. Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing uses its internal audio service component and bundled encoders to convert audio attachments into these formats.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server Release 6.1
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Release 6.1
No new ports ought to be opened due to this integration. The system uses the current 80 and 443 ports exclusively.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace web load balancing or cluster deployments will not be supported. Only single internal and DMZ web server deployments are supported.
The maximum combined audio and web capacity is really a total of 1000 audio and web Cisco WebEx session combined total. Actual combinations depend over a sliding scale.
SIP RSNA deployments usually are not supported, for instance multi-site and Reservationless Single Number Access RSNA using SIP.
WebConnect is just not supported with Cisco WebEx.
Cisco WebEx MeetingCenter or Cisco WebEx MeetingCenter Pro.
Cisco WebEx Sales Center is optional in Maintenance Release 2, 3, and 4. We don't support Cisco WebEx Sales Center in Maintenance Release 5 and later on.
If you currently employ a Cisco WebEx site provisioned, you can't add the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace TSP integration to this existing site. You must provision a whole new site for TSP use with Cisco Unified MeetingPlace. This affects the notification dial in numbers on all notifications for future meetings. Also, current Cisco WebEx recording links must remain around the current Cisco WebEx site and then any new recordings within the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace or Cisco WebEx site will use the modern Cisco WebEx site. Contact your Cisco WebEx Sales teams to coordinate this integration.
During the scheduling process, the scheduler can make to define certain users being alternate hosts. Alternate hosts may turn the meeting in the event the meeting scheduler doesn't arrive by the due date. However, to become listed being an alternate host, an end user must produce an e-mail address, first name, and last name placed in his account.
If any user that is defined for an alternate host doesn't have this info, the machine marks the meeting invalid, and it really is locked without one can attend it, not the meeting scheduler or another attendees. Even if each of the other alternate hosts and also the meeting host produce an e-mail address, first name, and last name occur their user profiles, if only one alternate host will not, the meeting is not attended by anyone. The system sets the page of anyone who efforts to attend the meeting even users with e-mail address, first name, and last name occur their user profiles to inactive on Cisco WebEx and they're going to lose the power to attend any meetings.
Therefore, we highly recommend that you simply populate the account for anyone who are ever going to be invited with a Cisco WebEx choosing an e-mail address, first name, and last name.
If you invite an alternative host whose Cisco WebEx user account is inactive, the machine will hang as well as the alternate host will go to a blank window.
To ensure targeted traffic to and on the WebEx domain is routed appropriately using your firewall or proxy servers, assess the settings below:
At the minimum, this addresses ought to be added as exceptions: and
ActiveX and/or JavaScript will have to be allowed over the firewall and web browsers must be configured not to restrict ActiveX and/or JavaScript.
We ask that WebEx sites usually are not cached content, IP-path on proxy servers.

With this model, Cisco WebEx charges the consumer for web-meeting minutes consumed by attendees.
With this model, the client purchases a certain quantity of Cisco WebEx ports. A port corresponds into a web-meeting attendee. The variety of attendees that may join meetings system-wide is limited towards the number of ports purchased; hence the phrase concurrent ports.
With this model, only someone who's going to be explicitly named like a host can schedule a meeting.
Limited Named Hosts: Only allows a certain quantity of hosts for the Cisco WebEx site.
Unlimited Named Hosts: Allows an unlimited variety of hosts within the Cisco WebEx site.
If the shape for User A provides the Hide Web Conference Provider field set to Yes plus the Default Provider field set with the idea to MeetingPlace or Group Default, then User A has having access to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace scheduling only instead of to Cisco Webex scheduling.
However, if User B invites User A being an alternate host or attendee for any Cisco WebEx meeting, then the machine creates a free account for User A like a host around the Cisco WebEx site.
This limitation may result in Cisco WebEx overage charges if users schedule meetings through the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace web-based scheduler. To avoid this, we highly recommend that customers schedule their Cisco WebEx web and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace audio meetings while using Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Outlook Plug-In, which doesn't expose the identical limitation.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing load balancing utilizes an algorithmic formula to evenly distribute web-conferencing requests within clusters of web servers. The following section lists additional requirements for load balancing configurations.
All web servers within both bodily and mental clusters must point towards the same Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server.
You can attach a maximum of 16 Cisco MCSs running Cisco Unified MeetingPlace applications one example is, Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing, Cisco Unified MeetingPlace SMTP E-Mail Gateway towards the same Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server.
If you provide an internal web server cluster within your load balancing configuration, ensure the subsequent:
All web servers inside internal cluster must share an individual SQL Server database.
All web servers in the internal cluster will need to have access into a shared storage area for attachments.
Install Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing on each server sequentially internal web server 1, internal web server 2, and so forth using the following option: for Server Location, choose Internal Full Access.
Make certain all web servers inside the internal cluster have precisely the same deployment settings and configurations one example is, a similar Replication Service and Audio Service parameters.
If you come with an external web server cluster inside your load balancing configuration, ensure this:
All web servers in the external cluster must share 1 SQL Server database.
NOTE: Make sure the interior cluster and external cluster use different databases.
All web servers inside external cluster will need to have access into a shared storage position for attachments.
Install Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing on each server sequentially external web server 1, external web server 2 and so forth using the following option: for Server Location, choose External Limited Access.
Make certain all web servers from the external cluster have precisely the same deployment settings and configurations one example is, precisely the same Replication Service and Audio Service parameters.
A mixed cluster has at the least one internal cluster and another external cluster. If you use a mixed cluster with your load balancing configuration, ensure the next:
All requirements for internal web server clusters and external web server clusters are met.
The internal clusters database and external clusters database must contain identical GUIDS.
TCP ports 8506 and 8507 have to be open bidirectional between each Web Conferencing server in a very load balancing cluster.
Secure Sockets Layer SSL is not that will work with Cisco Unified IP Phone integration and is also not works with Windows Integrated Authentication WIA.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing supports Segmented Meeting Access - 2 Server SMA-2S deployments for external access.
NOTE: The Segmented Meeting Access - 1 Server SMA-1S deployment is no more supported in Release 6.1.
The following requirements will be in addition to standard Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing hardware and software system requirements as indicated in Hardware Requirements and Software Requirements. Make sure which you meet these requirements before you decide to attempt the SMA-2S deployment.
One server or cluster of servers deployed within the private corporate network functioning as internal web servers.
One server or cluster of servers deployed in the network segment, for instance a DMZ, functioning as external web servers.
On internal web servers, Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Release 6.1 installed with all the Internal Full Access server location option.
On external web servers, Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Release 6.1 installed using the External Limited Access server location option.
For segmented DNS, precisely the same host name must resolve towards the internal web server within the internal DNS and resolve to your external web server around the external DNS.
For home elevators configuring notification templates to fit nonsegmented DNS, view the administration guide for the particular Cisco Unified MeetingPlace notification application.
Make sure which the internal host names and IP addresses can be found only on the internal network.
Make sure that this external host names or IP addresses are available from both the interior network and also the Internet.
TCP ports 5003 and 5005 are open bidirectional between the internet server as well as the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Servers primary server and shadow server, if someone exists.
If you configured your network for reverse connection, where your online servers are configured using a MeetingPlace Server hostname rather than an IP address, the Audio Server can initiate a reverse connection to the internet server inside the DMZ when port 5003 inbound is blocked.
The database on the internal server and external server must contain identical GUIDS.
WebConnect is needed to make web scheduling and meeting attendance seamless across multiple Cisco Unified MeetingPlace systems. Make sure that your body meets these requirements when you configure WebConnect.
NOTE: We will not support the WebConnect feature on UNIX systems.
For Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Release 6.1: Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server Release 6.1
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace MeetingTime Release 6.1 while using following settings:
User profile Sched only on scheduling home server? No
User profile Sched only on NS home site? No
System Parameters Allow Vanity Mtg IDs? Yes
Make certain all sites from the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Image are running a similar build-level turmoil Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server.
Make sure all systems within a website have the identical system options and notification vehicles. For example, MeetingNotes, Cisco Unified MeetingPlace SMTP E-Mail Gateway, Microsoft Outlook.
For external dedicated sites, make sure that you might be using VPN T1 or Frame Relay.
For rollover map configurations, make sure that you simply assign all users into a group.
Note: You must assign all groups into a rollover map regardless of whether the rollover map just has one site.
You need to have Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Directory Services or even a similar profile synchronization procedure deployed using a dedicated server.
Make certain that user workstations satisfy the client requirements in this particular section, or provide these requirements for a users. All client machines need to have separate Internet and telephony access for attending voice and web conferences. The recommended minimum bandwidth is really a 56K modem connection. A lesser connection can reduce web-conferencing performance.
Service packs SPs listed are expected minimums, and service pack releases later than the methods listed are assumed to function unless documented otherwise.

Cisco Unified Presenter Add-In is usually downloaded in the Browser Test link for the Web Conferencing webpage or from inside the meeting console.
After you download and install the Cisco Unified Presenter Add-In, you will need to log in to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace locally rather than by by using a roaming profile. Cisco Unified MeetingPlace will not support roaming profiles because therefore, your settings for example the add-in usually are not stored locally but with a server drive.
NOTE: You should have administrator privileges on the computer to put in or utilize Cisco Unified Presenter Add-In.
To pay attention to voice recordings, users must have a very corresponding audio player attached with their end-user systems. The following table lists the audio file formats held by Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing along with the encoder utilized to convert the format, the ball player, and media server responsible for each and every format.
Requires Windows Media Player 7 or even a later release.
For example: We recommend that you simply configure Windows Media Server make it possible for streaming playback of your respective audio recordings. See To Configure the Windows Media Server. You must install and configure supported services and end-user applications to enable playback to operate.
Typically, WAV files are sustained by common browsers and usually do not require a passionate server, encoder, and player.
NOTE: If the server is running from disk space while an ongoing recording is now being made, it notifies all users that there's no more space available. To slow up the likelihood of the occurrence, see About Audio File Conversion.
Adobe Flash Player 6.0.79 - Release 9.x
