Советую использовать сборку Portable by PortableWares. Данную сборку активно дорабатывают по просьбам в комментариях на своем ресурсе. Там же есть примечания и особенности Eng, например, при использовании он-лайн загрузчика такой у них имеется, он может авт. удалять некоторые компоненты программы умелые могут подкорректировать параметры лаунчера класс. сборки: Launcher/Installer:

Также нормальные сборки можно собрать с помощью Turbo Studio Spoon Virtual Application Studio. Для неумелых - сложновато, есть нюансы для себя, заказывал обучающий ролик для личного пользования.
Что касается сборок Portable by Baltagy, то он использует VMWare ThinApp. Для данной программы этот вариат не совсем корректен, это проверено на себе Wise Care 365 в портабилизации - капризна. Также этот автор оставляет достаточно много мусора в своих сборках не все/многие, но есть - проверялось распаковкой из-за большого объема созданных контейнеров.

Bug head Emperor переводит дефектный mp3 звук до уровня хайреза, а foobar200, Album Player, AIMP просто воспроизводят mp3 звук со всеми его недостатками.
mp3 это вообще походный вариант и для диктофона. Делать из него супер чего-то не имеет смысла. имхо
Но столько прекрасного музона есть в mp3 формате!
Поэтому only с Bug head Emperor реально выжать качественный звук из mp3 музона.

В скачанной мной версии Foxit Reader 7.2.0 PortableApps по пути FoxitReaderPortableDatasettings в файле изменил значение в строках 403 и 404 на 49127d. Программа стала на русском без скачивания языка с сайта. Он в ней уже сть, но не включен.

А так, лично моё мнение, открывает документы PDF намного быстрее Адобовского Reader. Кстати, скачал с офсайта русскую версию 7.0.8.1216, установил и больше её не обновляю
Хорошая программа, пользуюсь портативной 6.1.5 из репака от Diakov, за обновами не гонюсь. Для моих скромных нужд с лихвой. Жалею, что намного раньше не перешёл на неё с Adobe Reader.

I have Sumatra and Nitro installed. Sumatra is my default because it truly is a small, lightweight and blazingly fast READER. But that s all it can be. If I need to do anything more advanced I use Nitro.
Foxit accustomed to be the very best. But through the years they kept adding features into it, some useful, some not, some free, some not. I got heartily fed up with being offered upgrades each and every time it opened. Now it s nearly as big and clunky as Adobe Reader.
My personal favorite is PDF - XChange Viewer.
I have owned it for decades to annotate for my very own or others use highlight, circles, boxes, text notes, etc. Recently I ve used the OCR function, that is very handy for scanned images of documents.
Doug beat me with it, but Foxit Reader rules them.
