This latest version of Nero is horrible. 7751 It would have been a rushed product that does not meet basic requirments, nor does it focus on Windows Vista properly. I have big difficulties with it. Transcoding alone takes 4.5 hours rather then 1.5 hours it did before. I am using Vista Ultimate. My friend has Vista Home Pro and hubby has GUI errors and some in the features are certainly not working. Highly disappointed on this product. I bought the application because the box declared that I could creat slide shows, when I tried to utilize it I get a communication that I should buy another version to make use of more than 30 slides. OK So I am out 90 bucks. But this crap will not be done with me I use Windows Explorer to look for files Explorer crashes, closes every one of my windows and I get an email that NERO causes the crash. NERO isnt even open! Yesterday Nero 7 Recode provided me with a rough time attempting to burns dvd movies. As stated, it would not allow usage caused by errors and reinstalls from the program and C partition did nothing. Scouted the Net yesterday evening and found few leads on Ebay, Amazon, and retailers. Best deal was obviously a retailer for 34. plus shipping? or Amazon for open box, 20-35. Thats for retail Nero 7. Not 7.5.1.1. Why would I wish to go back and acquire another?
