This seemed awesome to start with. No slow downs, fast install, detection rate seemed good even so came my research. All on the bad press I found on Google turned me off quickly. Felt secure from viruses but got the impression I installed a door for Qihoo to spy or steal from me. Paranoid? Perhaps. Bottom line, I was very more comfortable with this version of McAfee. The bad reviews from your past may are already warranted, but, this version felt just like a much improved product. Im likely to keep this version for that 12 months I taken care of and see what the results are. I may renew it. All I can have to say is, dont let every one of the bad reviews in the past turn you off McAfee. Im beginning believe that Intel is finally getting their act along with this. NO, I do not benefit Intel, McAfee or some other software company. Just my estimation and I thought it will be helpful to others. Thank you
