I emailed winzip ans these people were very good about helping, but even they kept sending me links for 19. Finally I almost lost the fight I explained my purchase was for that 18. 5 version, they sent the correct link plus it worked out fine. I have to the email replys were fast and also helpfull, however mindset is for the brand new 19 version,,, dont throw in the towel,,,,,
