The most annoying bug in my opinion of running quite sure under Windows 2000 is the fact that every time I open it, the toolbars have each moved as a result of a separate line, and I must realign them all within a row. Frequently and inexplicably, the task panes have shrunk, and I must resize them manually this isn't simply finished with one click of an Restore button. So, for any software package that advertises that it is going to enable you to organize your time and effort, it fails in the first place. The interface is clumsy-its still operating inside Windows 3.1 days and struggling to maintain the current Microsoft interface. Clearly, Franklin Covey has not yet invested in software design and maintenance. The product is set with bugs. There is no benefit to using this device over Microsoft Outlook. Scheduling is usually a joke.

I am serious about this life/time management techniques software after attending a 3-day workshop. But after three days of utilizing it, the bugs set out to surface, few but annoying.
Nontheless, I think the program is ahead in principle of other planners around and as a consequence I will persevere with it until you will find fixes towards the bugs. I just upgraded to Windows 7 in your own home. I put PP 5.1 on my small new machine, also it worked once, and it has crashed on opening from the time that. It sends an email to Agilix, which no more supports many. I had PlanPlus on both my house work PC and kept them synched. I LOVED it, and from now on I feel so lost without. I researched other software, tried one, but dont enjoy it much. Now I have to boot up my work laptop just to obtain at my contact list as well as other info, as soon as that goes toward Win7, bye-bye PlanPlus.
very disappointed that FC has created no effort to update this type of great product. This may be one in the best orginazational software products available but the not enough support and enhancements has left me very disappointed with FC. The outlook integration won't work with 64 bit or outlook 2010 and they also seem only enthusiastic about their monthly on the web products.
PlanPlus 5.1 requires a makeover
I have used PlanPlus for a decade and have been very happy together with the application. However, when I installed PP 5.1 on my small Win7 system Jan 2011 it continues to be very unstable. The application hangs up and crashes 4-5 times each week.
The tech support people related you will find no offers to upgrade/fix the actual application.
So, if that you are still running XP, it will work great. However, in case you have a Win7 or better system, I would recommend NOT with all the 5.1 version.

Im torn between liking it and being frustrated by using it. Ive been utilizing it for 4-5 years now. Its easy to utilize and better compared to the paper system - which I used for a long time. 1. Ive been in Windows 7 now for any year and theres not any W7 version. To me, that says it group is behind. And so Im running it on W7, the good news is Ive got a bit of weird things needs to happen.
2. Tech support - these are nice and responsive, but appear to lack detailed knowledge for items like syncing. The answer is usually reinstall or speak to your own IT group.
3. I accept the comment about if Steven C knew about it, he can be on it. At least he really should be. Its embarrising towards the company.

Look and feel is great. I was upgrading from FC 7.3.1 on Palm, however the program cannot convert my master tasks in to the same database in Planplus. Customer support was ineffective; their reply to all issues I has was reinstall.
