I have download both inventory systems from cNet. The ABC has more functions in connection with production, and AID is much more for buying, selling, and product distribution, I find both Almyta products handy. Also free license will not hurt whatsoever.
Some fuctions that I been in mind wasn't available, but those are far too specific in my experience on anoher hand. But I am an optiminst and wish to have them free of charge inside the future.
I recommend quite sure just for trying or use. One package come using a full blown accounting module, customer/supplier returns. another contains Work Orders, Bill of Materials. Both packages support barcodes, serial numbers, expiration dates.
I find many very helpful. I can scan barcodes involved with it and print barcoded labels and packing slips.

I have obtained a multi-user upgrade. Runs perfectly on the network. This software will not be for single guy/gal business.
