Hi This looked great and that i bought it but my postcode and suburb didn't come up- Emerald 3782. Thinking it amistake i decided the one with some on the asme numbers. Alas it's like Emerald somewhere hot. And the app won t let me affect the locator. I think a conclusion of why the locator is really important at first would be good, a cpaicty to chnage the locator, and Emerald 3782 should be included!
Can this be fixed or will i just should delete it. that could well be a shame as otherwise it's great.

You really should be able to update or make positive changes to info for the Settings page. Have a look there of course, if no joy get back in my experience here.

Went to download this fab looking app in my ipad2 nevertheless it says that I need iOS 6. So is it not compatible together with the ipad2?

We are simply just supporting iOS6. If your iPad has that then you really should be ok. CHeck inside the Settings Updates to view whether you should update the softaware inside the iPad.

When can I obtain the app for my Samsung or android version?
I just bought the garden planner, It allow me to create a map however it keep crashing whenever I clicked within the map feature! Is there anyway to mend this problem? Thanks
Sorry to listen for that you happen to be having problems while using app.
My suggestion is usually to do a reinstall.
That mans deleting the app and reinstalling through the App Store. Make sure you use the same logging into websites details for the revolutionary install.

Hi, We are a boutique herb/vege/fruit 5 acre farm with approx 2kms of raised gardens. We are from the tropics and grow a huge number of species from all above the world. Some of those plants are not now this app be capable to add your individual species? Can it deal with such a large area? Cheers Kate

Sorry no, the app maxes out at 10m x 10m.
In relation to, adding your own personal plants, the way in which we achieve that is for, you to definitely email me and that we enter by using a back end.
Hope that allows you to understand if the app is good for you, or you cannot.

I bought the app along with a subscription and am very very happy with it. However, it initially allowed me to map my garden areas. Now though when I make an attempt to open up my garden beds in your backyard map it closes this system down. This also occurs I try to incorporate plants towards the beds in the Gantt page. This happened on my small old ipad and also on my own new ipad air.
I have reinstalled this system and it keeps performing it.

The crashing is fixable should you go towards the main page, and delete a final two or three plants which you entered.
We be familiar with this bug and therefore are working over a fix. Interim fix is:
1 goto the property page and delete the past two or three plants you entered in.
3 examine the map page. If it doesn t crash, that s good. Goto the settings page then save back into your cloud. Then go back into your map page and re add the deleted veggies. That should work.
4 if deleting several doesnt work, a re install will likely be necessary if afraid.

Been using for one or two of weeks and quite astonished at how I am enjoying it. Must say I find it VERY frustrating you are able to t modify the name of crop to fit variety. With a number of different types of cherry and full-sized tomatoes and eggplant etc I need a great deal more control for recording notes, observations etc. Hopefully this may evolve with updates. Will probably continue subscribing, will decide over next month or so. Nice little layout for reminders etc.

Thanks Paul, excited in regards to the ability to change name etc. I would love it to ensure my amended name appears inside Plant Gantt list, example-I have Tomatoes of 6 different varieties also to make notes one of them I need to operate through their email list, check out notes to seek out relevant variety I produced note of variety when initially planted, whether its not usually the one I want I go back and try another one until I hit normally the one I want. Just removing that step by seeing the name from the Gantt would save a great deal of time. I can do this within the ABC Vegie Guide and it can be good but I am preferring the rest of the app overall. Hope this will make sense!
I m still using it for the sterile suburban block but to date I REALLY, REALLY LIKE IT - I particularly just like the weather forecast and tips for activity which could be frustrating while sitting Idle inside my work place.

After several early glitches mostly in this little part, I have settled straight into using this app nicely. Most impressive would be the wonderful support from Paul, techniques to any questions are already prompt, attentive and have absolutely always solved my predicament. That level of service is usually not easy to have these days. I really love the fact together with the new upgrade you are able to change plant variety name in Gantt list. Highly recommend trying it!

I am having trouble using the Garden Map section in this app. When I tap about the icon the page opens then immediately shuts. Just wondering if I am doing something incorrectly? Also my postcode is. Tasmanian on, though the social map shows map of Melbourne. I am wondering if te planting guide is dependant on Melbourne weather as opposed to tasmanian is usually Beverly different. I are already using your app for one or two of years now and purchased it via my husbands itunes. I have now purchased a whole new ipad and have my itunes account. How can I get all of my info to indicate up for the app within the new ipad. I cannot backup and restore due towards the different itunes accounts as I needed to set it up to be a new ipad and family given to my husband to acquire the app but nothing occurs. I do so need to continue together with the planner which means your info will probably be appreciated. I did save the existing version to cloud then about the new ipad tried restore but no joy. We keep info seperate to iTunes. Follow these steps and i want to know how we go;
