Some Sims just like the hustle bustle with the big city, although some prefer a much slower pace, inside a place where they could relax and revel in natures bounty. Pounawea is merely such a place.
The township, situated by using an estuary, lies the place that the Owaka and Catlin rivers meet. A wonderful destination for a fish, hike and relax, Pounawea can be a popular summer holiday spot, having its spectacular waterfalls, gorgeous views with the mountains, and friendly locals. In recent times, the idyllic town was chosen because site for the premier the game, with it came tourists as well as their money, an extremely luxurious golf-club and new visitor centre. Fortunately or otherwise not, according to your standpoint the town has retained its sleepy character, that you just ll notice because you wander on the main stret, using its small shops long overdue to get a makeover.

I think that s everything!
This world is built to be relaxed, holiday-ish coastal Otago town, and therefore doesn t have some with the rabbitholes or community lots. There is no stadium, no movie theatre, only 2 bar types sports dive bar, no junkyard but you will discover junkyard spawners behind the nectary some junk piles there, with out movie set. There are, however, several empty lots should you want to place your individual. There is not significant amounts of room for expansion on earth, if you are sim wants be simple life, this is actually the world for you personally!
I was originally likely to pre-populate the earth, but have since chosen to provide a save file instead, for many who wish to populate the entire world with their own sims. In the save game the entire world is populated with 15 different families, which gives the city a starting population of 57 sims. There is really a diverse mixture of sims, with various ages, genders, sexualities and ethnicities.
To install the entire world, simply extract the file from your rar, double select the Sims3Pack file to fit it through launcher. Install any cc you may want following the links above. To install the save game, all you have to try and do is extract the folder through the rar, and copy that folder to you personally My Documents Electronic Arts The Sims 3 Saves folder. Then stock up the game and save and play!
You may recognize that when you first load the entire world, all fog emitters emit just fog this can be a known bug that will t be changed. It is fixed by saving, quitting towards the main menu then reloading the save. You ll only have to perform this once.
If you observe that the sky doesn t possess clouds inside it when you enter the planet, keep your game, exit towards the main menu, then re-enter your save. The clouds etc should display as normal. This is really a bug that takes place with all worlds in a few peoples games, but exiting for the menu and re-entering the save fixes it for the play session. You re at a disadvantage if your sky is blank!
Is it right whenever you load the globe for the first time? If so, that is certainly most likely the globe spawning register clerks townies to fill the jobs needed in the city. If it is later in action, then there may be a sim or animal stuck somewhere. I suggest you install Twallans Overwatch mod, to check if you will find any stuck sims/animals in the city. It happens sometimes, but is not difficult to fix by resetting any stuck sims which can be found with Overwatch. The mod also cleans within the hood every single night of cars who have built up and therefore are abandoned by townies, as well as a host of other amazing features.
