The program downloaded quickly and easily and transferred my FTM Mac 2 file over fine. BUT I are already trying for a long time to upload and link my file to Ancestry probably 12 times now with no success. I repeatedly have the Sync failed message following the program efforts to upload my data. No clue within the help menu. Should I refer to it as the non-help menu? Guess I will should call tech support and who wants to accomplish that?

Bought FTM Mac3 disc from USA using the understanding that PC files could possibly be transferred without reformatting. Not so.
Installed FTM Mac3, aimed to copy PC files and was told PC format doesn t sync with Mac3.
