I have discovered that Sibelius can translate music from Staff Notation to Tonic Solfa. I was trying to find one as well as for many years didnt realize that my Sibelius 2 are capable of doing it. It wasnt until I downloaded Sibelius 5 Trial Version that I found it could do Tonic Solfa. I have just discovered this a couple weeks ago and am thrilled about this.
