I downloaded and paid for it. I upgraded my os. The software don't recognizes that I have purchased the merchandise. I have to place in my product code whenever I use it. There is no phone support offered when I send with an email describing the problems Im having, there is absolutely no response. This leads me to believe this is not a responsible company and it's also not willing to aid its product.

In my case, I think great and bad DPHDR was in balancing lighting. Having loaded 7-9 images shot that has a tripod, I choose a preset then sculpt on saturation, vibrance, and brightness. I then increase these phones my liking using Photoshop or some other photo-editing software.
